- Provide professional, real-time English-Korean (한-영 의료 통역) medical interpretation
during in-clinic consultations and procedures
- Ensure accurate, nuanced communication between doctors and international patients
- Guide patients through the full consultation and treatment journey with clarity and confidence
- Assist in consultation planning, treatment coordination, delivering comprehensive
pre-and post-treatment guidance, and appointment scheduling
- Maintain a high standard of discretion, organization, and patient-centered service

- Hybrid role: in-clinic consultation + in-office online pre-consultation management
- Monday-Friday schedule 월-금 (스케줄 근무)
- Greater emphasis on surgical consultation interpretation and long-term patient communication
This role requires the ability to manage detailed, high-stakes consultations
with professionalism and emotional intelligence.

| 자격요건 |
- 학력무관
- Fluency in English (native-level) 원어민 수준 영어회화능력 보유자
- Fluency in Korean (professional working proficiency)
- Korean nationality OR F visa holder
|
| 우대사항 |
- Experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, aesthetic clinics, or medical institutions
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, service, client relations, etc.) is
highly valued
- Medical interpretation or consultation experience
- Background in luxury service, hospitality, or high-touch client care environments
- Strong situational awareness and polished communication style
- Administrative and digital system proficiency
